I lost my brother to gun violence. Two gunmen robbed and murdered him. He was the father of five young children, a loving husband, a thoughtful son and a really fun brother.

About Kathleen
Delegate Kathleen Murphy has represented Virginia’s 34th District, located in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties, for the past six years. The House District includes McLean, Vienna, Wolf Trap, Great Falls, and Eastern Loudoun. Delegate Murphy is a member of the House Finance, Transportation, and General Laws Committees.
2022 Session Week 1 Update
The 2022 session of the General Assembly has begun! While we no longer hold a Democratic majority, my colleagues and I will continue to work to protect the progress we made over the past few years, especially to protect our critical gun safety measures and protections for voting rights as well as a number of other priorities for Virginia residents.
